Every article, in your reader

No email address, no account, no app to install. bitcritiq publishes a feed, and any reader can take it.

The feed address

Paste it into whichever reader you use. Most will also find it on their own if you give them bitcritiq.com — the address is declared in the page head, which is how readers discover feeds. You can also open the feed directly; a browser shows it as plain XML, which is what a reader is built to read.

Chrome on Android

Open the browser menu on any bitcritiq page and tap Follow. New articles then turn up in the Following tab in Discover. Chrome subscribes to the same feed as above, so nothing extra is needed here.

What arrives

The thirty most recent articles, newest first: headline, the one-line dek, the section it was filed under, and the link. No tracking pixel, no open-rate beacon, nothing that tells us you read it. The feed is a copy of the front page, not a copy of us watching.

There is no newsletter

That is a decision, not an omission. A mailing list means holding your email address, and a feed does the same job without us knowing who you are. If you want articles kept for later instead, the bookmark on each one saves it to your saved list, which also lives on your device and never reaches us.
