Who it suits

Best on Android

TechRadar called it unequivocally the best mainline Galaxy Watch in years and Trusted Reviews Samsung's best launch in a long time. A 3,000-nit display readable in direct sun, Gemini on the wrist, and the health and fitness tracking reviewers consistently rate at the top of Wear OS. Tom's Guide measured its distance, pace and heart rate as impressively accurate against rivals.

Where it falls down. Every outlet raised battery life, and Tom's Guide went further — its review recommends skipping the standard model for the Classic, which is why it sits a point below the other two. Rival Wear OS watches last materially longer on the same software, so if you resent nightly charging this is the wrong end of the range.
